Robert Plante

Robert Plante joined POAHC in August 2022 and is a Senior Regional Property Supervisor, overseeing properties in Northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. 

Robert has over 15 years of property management experience, most recently serving as director of housing at Community Action Program in Concord, NH. He has a wide range of affordable housing experience including various HUD and LIHTC programs.

Robert has a wide range of affordable housing experience including various HUD programs and LIHTC. He holds various certifications including CMH, CMM, COS, TCS, CFS all through the National Center of Housing Management (NCHM) and is a Notary Public. Robert also serves as the Secretary of the Granite State Managers Association (GSMA) in NH.
