Demolition begins at Clinton-Peabody apartments

"We've been working with residents since February of 2023, one of the first questions we asked is do you want to demolish these building or do you want to build new ones? And there was just resounding support to demolish the buildings, build new buildings rather than renovate existing buildings, so we're just excited to finally be able to bring this vision to life." said POAH's Stephanie Co, POAH Senior Project Manager.
