Courtney Griffin

Courtney Griffin, Manager of Commercial Real Estate is responsible for POAH’s commercial leasing operations across a growing portfolio of mixed-use properties including lease compliance and tenant engagement. She works closely with Property Managers, Regional Property Supervisors, Vice Presidents of Regional Operations and Asset Managers to rents and achieve high occupancy for POAH’s unsubsidized (non-Section 8) residential and market rate units.

Courtney brings over a decade of Real Estate and Property Management experience to POAH in property and asset management, with extensive experience overseeing the operational and financial performance of large, multi-site portfolios across residential and commercial properties. Her work has consistently focused on maximizing performance, improving efficiency, and strengthening tenant and stakeholder relationships.
