Kyle Lilly is a development associate based in POAH’s Chicago office, Project Managers in oversight of development projects, including gathering the appropriate materials for financing applications, assembling the due diligence required for construction and permanent loan conversions, and project due diligence.
Prior to joining POAH, Kyle served as program coordinator for training at LIFT Chicago, where he supervised and onboarded interns, along with representing the organization with community partners.
Kyle holds a Masters in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a B.S. and B.A. in Criminology and Sociology respectively, from Loyola University Chicago.
